Actress Richa Gangopadhyay has reportedly replaced Andrea Jeremiah in director Selvaraghavan's upcoming movie Erandam Ulagam. She is now said to be playing the female lead in the film. If we are to go by the latest reports, Richa has been shooting with Dhanush in the forest areas near Kannur-Mysore road for the last 15 days.
It is reported that Selvaraghavan had roped in Andrea Jeremiah for the movie Erandam Ulagam much before he started Aayirathil Oruvan. But the actress had walked out of the project in the middle over some unknown reason. Although Selva tried to stop her, the actress did not yield to his requests.
Later, Selvaraghavan contacted Richa Gangopadhyay for the heroine in his film Erandam Ulagam. He tried to convince her about the situation and requested her to act alongside his brother Dhanush. Richa has reportedly accepted his offer and is now busy shooting for the movie.
