Jennifer Love Hewitt is going to be a mom!
"The Client List" actress, who has talked about her affection for little ones in the past, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Brian Hallisay.
"This is a wonderful time and we are looking forward to starting our family together," Hewitt, 34, says in a statement to omg!.
Father-to-be Hallisay, also 34, is Hewitt's co-star in her current Lifetime series, and appeared alongside her in the short-lived 2011 NBC series "Love Bites."
In the couple's latest collaboration, Hallisay plays Hewitt's ex-husband and the father of her children, who's made it clear he wants her back.
Hallisay has guest starred on TV series including "Without a Trace," "CSI: NY," and "Bones," since he began acting in 2005. Before that, he graduated from Cornell University with a degree in economics and history, and worked on Wall Street.
Hewitt, of course, has acted since she was a pre-teen on "Kids Incorporated," and has since starred in movies such as "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and TV shows like"Party of Five." Along the way, she's dated other co-stars, including Ross McCall and Jamie Kennedy, who both appeared on the CBS drama "Ghost Whisperer."
Although she and McCall were engaged for more than a year beginning in 2007, she's never tied the knot or had children.
According to Us Weekly, which first reported the news, Hewitt is three months along, which probably isn't far along enough for her.
The magazine reports that as long ago as 2010, Hewitt gushed she'd "love to to have babies . . . one day. I'm obsessed with babies!"
