Kim Kardashian calls Kanye West her soul

Socialite Kim Kardashian has wished Kanye West on his 36th birthday and called the rapper her soul.

The 32-year-old reality TV star, who is due to give birth to her first child with West soon, posted on Twitter: "Happy Birthday to my best friend, the love of my life, my soul! I love you beyond words!"

Kim also posted a photo collage, featuring several pictures of the couple looking madly in love together. West's birthday was Saturday.

Last year, Kim gifted West a $750,000 Lamborghini for his birthday, but sources close to West have revealed that he warned her not to buy him anything lavish this year.

An insider told hollywoodlife.com: "He doesn't want Kim to think about trying to do something big for him on his birthday when she's pregnant. All he really wants for his birthday is peace of mind for him and Kim."

The couple have postponed the rapper's birthday celebrations until later this week as she is no longer able to fly at this stage of her pregnancy and he is currently in New York, where he was set to perform at the Governor's Ball Sunday.
