Ram Charan Teja Gets Engaged Today

Ram Charan Teja, son of actor Chiranjeevi, who wowed K-Town with Mahaveeran, is all set to get engaged tonight. He gets married to his sweetheart for a long time, Upasana Kamineni.

The duo will be getting married in a simple ring ceremony at a friend's farmhouse (entrepreneur Pratap Reddy's farmhouse).

A friend of Charan's says, "This is a big event for all of us in Tollywood. It is a big vacation for us, where all of us are looking forward to catching up with each other and being part of the couple's big day."

The wedding is scheduled to be sometime in early next year and Upasana, we hear, has already shown a lot of interest in Charan's career and decisions. What's more, the actor too consults her for everything, it seems!

Amala Paul in Ram Charan’s Racha?

Earlier, there was a buzz in the tinsel town that Colors Swathi is zeroed in for a cameo role in Ram Charan Tej starrer Racha. However, the anchor turned actress has later confirmed that she is not part of the film.

Now, the latest buzz is Amala Paul might do a cameo in the film. Amala Paul was seen in Vikram starrer Nanna and she is currently acting opposite Naga Chaitanya in Bejawada Rowdilu. Ram Charan, who watched Nanna is said to have impressed with Amala’s performance in Nanna and suggested the actress name for cameo in Racha.

However, an official confirmation regarding this is yet to be made. Tamannah is playing the female lead in Racha, which is being directed by Sampath Nandi on Mega Super God Films banner.

All is set for Ram Charan's marriage. Ram Charan will marry his long-time girlfriend Upasana Kamineni. Chiranjeevi's close aide confirmed the news officially to the media. He also revealed that both the families - Ram Charan and Upasana's - would make an official statement regarding Ram Charan's engagement in two days.

Ram Charan has been dating Upasana for over 2 years and he made his father and mother to say yes to his choice of life partner. Both the families of Chiranjeevi and Kamineni are happy with this alliance.

Upasana Kamineni belongs to the family of Apollo Hospitals' Pratap Reddy and she's currently working in Apollo Hospitals Group in a high-ranking position.

Ram Charan on Dasari Again?

Earlier, we had seen Ram Charan contradicting Dasari Narayana Rao's statement that heroines are not attending the awards presenting functions. That led to a big controversy.

And now, Ram Charan made fresh comments on the micro-blogging site twitter. Though he did not mention any name, it seems that he had once again targeted Dasari

He tweeted: "so called grt directors 1s are confined to only speeches and lectures on stage nowadays.its sad they cant move anyting but their mouth."
